To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th to October 15th), Chef Luis Salas of Tampico Restaurant will cook a Mexican dish from his hometown at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 20th, in Harrison Hall. As ingredients are mixed and scents are born, you will be transported to the kitchens of Oaxaca, Mexico. This event is free and you are encouraged to bring an appetite. Space is limited.
