For a second consecutive season, the Marietta College baseball team will host an NCAA Division III Super Regional at Don and Sue Schaly Field. The Etta Express (37-11) plays Misericordia University (37-13) at 12:00 p.m., Friday, May 26th. The Pioneers went 3-0 last weekend in the Marietta Regional, which included a 2-0 victory over Adrian in the final game. Misericordia, located in Dallas, Pennsylvania, had to battle back through the loser's bracket and beat Salve Regina twice to capture the Regional crown. The Cougars downed Washington and Jefferson 10-7 and then lost to Salve Regina 11-4. Misericordia eliminated Washington and Jefferson 12-8 then beat Salve Regina, 12-9 and 19-6 for the championship.
