Adam Kopp

MCAA Board (Chair of the Alumni Engagement Committee) — Class of 1988


Adam Kopp ’88 is a Boston native (go Red Sox & Patriots!) and currently lives in Abingdon, Maryland, with his wife and daughter (and their rescued lab/beagle dog). 

Adam graduated with a double major in Management and Marketing and started his career working for a consulting firm in the Venture Capital industry in the Boston area. After five years, Adam relocated to southeast Florida, where he led a team building out the geographic information system data for an early in-vehicle navigation developer. Over the last 25 years, Adam has worked in various aspects of Human Resources; including Staffing and Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Engagement, Ethics, HR Management, etc. he has been a certified Human Resource Professional for the last 16 years and has spent the last 15 years supporting government contractors including Raytheon, Lockheed Martin and currently Booz Allen Hamilton.

While attending Marietta College, Adam was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He also was active with the radio and television stations, with roles on and behind the camera. Adam worked in the College's Information Office as a photographer for all four years at the College.

Adam has volunteered to support the MCAA Board for the last three years and is looking forward to the next three years on the board.

Adam is an artisan bread baker and is currently working on a recipe for pepperoni rolls.
