Biography

Jessi started her career in Student Affairs as a Resident Assistant at Ohio University. During her undergraduate time, she also worked with Conference and Event Services and was in the College of Business Honors Program. Jessi held a position as a Graduate Resident Director for three years while she completed her graduate degree, and became even more involved on campus. She held a vice president position in the Student Personnel Association, worked on the Diversity and Inclusion committee for a year, co-advised NRHH, operated as the RD of Hall Management for Conference and Event Services, and spent two years actively working on Housing and Residence Life's Student Staff Recruitment and Selection committee. Jessi has been dedicated to helping first-generation and Appalachian students, and now oversees the First Year Complex at Marietta College.
