Kathy Wilcox Lentner
Kathy Wilcox Lentner is owner of KW Strategic Consulting Group. Building off more than 15 years of experience working with regional and national brands, she founded KW Strategic Consulting Group to help small to mid-sized organizations better understand, strengthen and live their brands.
Over the course of her career Kathy has had the opportunity to work with non-profit organizations such as St. Luke's Foundation, University Circle Inc., Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Botanical Garden, Cleveland International Airport, The MetroHealth System and for-profit organizations such as Huntington Bank, Fazoli’s restaurants, Parker Hannifin, Nestle USA, and Veyance Technologies. Her work includes brand building & development, strategic planning, qualitative research design and facilitation, and small & large group workshop design and facilitation. Across her work, Kathy is driven to gain a deep understanding of the brands she works with, their customers and stakeholders and how they are living their brand. Her unique focus on “living the brand” builds on her masters in Organization Development which she received from Case Western Reserve University and allows her to consult her clients to drive a brand consistently across all touchpoints – inside and outside their organization’s four walls.
In 2016 Kathy launched a new coaching business, which takes her learning and experience working with brands and organizations and builds on her passion for people. Her coaching practice focuses on helping individuals to better understand themselves and how they can more authentically follow their path to be their “best self” possible. She works with clients to raise a higher awareness of themselves, what stands in their way, what drives them and how to change their behaviors in order to position themselves for a healthier, more fulfilling future. Kathy has her Executive Coaching Certification from the Weatherhead School of Management, is a certified health coach and is certified to administer and interpret multiple assessment systems including the Hogan Assessment.
Kathy’s educational journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marietta College where she was an active member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority. She earned her Master’s in Organizational Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. She has also shared her real world expertise as an adjunct faculty member at Kent State University.
