Dear Marietta College students,
Good luck with your final exams next week, and make sure to get plenty of sleep. My compliments to each of you on a successful semester.
Judy and I hope to see you before finals, either during Sunday’s Late Night Breakfast from 9:00-11:00 p.m. or Monday’s Cookies & Milk at Legacy Library starting at 8:00 p.m. Thank you for making Marietta College a special place. If you are completing your degree requirements this semester, congratulations and I hope to see you at the December Graduation Celebration on Sunday.
We have experienced many positive accomplishments at Marietta since the first day in August. Generations of Marietta College students have stepped up to make a difference in our community, and I am honored to say you are continuing this proud tradition. You did it as students, athletes, artists, musicians and in a variety of other ways. Thank you for bringing forth a Pioneer.
You are impressive, and I want to tell you that you inspire me every day to do my best to represent Marietta College. Please take time to relax and enjoy your time away from campus with your family and friends during the holiday season.
Have a great winter break,
Bill Ruud
President and Professor of Management
