President Bill Ruud is pleased to announce that Marietta College has successfully completed its Year 4 Assurance Review with no recommended monitoring from the Higher Learning Commission — one of the nation’s six regional accreditors for institutions of higher education.
Marietta College’s Edward E. MacTaggart Department of Music recently learned it had achieved a 10-year reaccreditation of its programs, which include bachelor’s degrees in Music, Music Education, Music Therapy and Vocal Performance.
The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) announced today that Marietta College is one of 46 providers from 22 states and Puerto Rico to receive accreditation for their educator preparation programs.
