Spring 2024Dec. 2023January 2024
Summer 2024April 2024June 2024

Tuition and fees are due in full by the due date. An account is considered delinquent if the full payment due is not received and posted to your account by 4:00 p.m. on the payment due date for the term or due date for each of the payment plan payments. Please be advised that failure to read mail, e-mail, or view online activity does not relieve a student's responsibility to make on-time payments in the correct amount.

Students making payments after the initial due date are subject to a late payment fee of $50. All miscellaneous charges are due on the dates specified in the payment plan or within 30 days if not in a payment plan. Tuition and fees for ALL students, including those participating in a payment plan, become an obligation for the term in question between the student and Marietta College.

Payments can be made online using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or electronic check via the student account. When mailing payment, please allow at least five (5) days for mail delivery. International, APO, and FPO mailings should allow longer time for delivery. Each semester's charges must be paid in full before registration for the next term.

Financial Holds

Business Office Holds are put onto accounts that have an outstanding balance. The College will not issue transcripts until the student satisfies all financial obligations to the College. The College will withhold permission to register for subsequent semesters for any student with financial obligations to the College.

Those accounts that are not paid by the due date will be subject to late fees and create sufficient cause for Marietta College to:

  1. Involuntarily withdraw the student from a class or classes;
  2. Withhold diploma, scholastic certificate, or transcripts;
  3. Bar student from College Housing;
  4. Prevent registration for the next semester;
  5. Suspend college services & privileges;

Marietta College may take any or all of these actions at its option.
