After graduating from West Virginia University in May 2023, Emily Rexroad returned home to Parkersburg, West Virginia, and joined the Admission Office as a counselor in January 2024.
While in school, she was inducted into the WVU Resident Assistant Hall of Fame, served as an officer in her sorority, Pi Beta Phi, served as the Vice President of the Residence Hall Association, worked as an academic tutor for university athletes. Through these experiences, Emily has loved working with first-year students and guiding them through a new chapter in their lives.
In her free time, Emily loves reading, thrifting, and playing with her dogs, Sara and Meadow. Emily has loved exploring the Marietta area more this past year and loves to attend the First Friday events hosted on Front Street.
