Student Alumni Association
The Student Alumni Association (SAA) works to create greater understanding and appreciation among undergraduate students of the benefit to forging a lifelong connection with their alma mater. Through a variety of different activities and programs, the SAA not only reaches out to fellow students, but also facilitates interaction with alumni to further underscore the satisfaction and reward that comes from lifelong involvement with Marietta College.

MCAA Board Contributes to Networking Jamboree
Marietta College Alumni Association Board members including Jeff Stafford '83, Lori Oslin Cook '82, and Jodell Ascenzi Raymond '84 participated in a first Student Networking Jamboree Thursday of Homecoming Week 2010. A collaborative effort of the Career Center, Office of International Student Programs, the Student Alumni Association, and the Office of Alumni Relations, the event was designed to offer future members of The Long Blue Line tips on mounting their job search, perspectives on pursuing professional opportunities, and insights into study abroad options.


S.A.A. Elects Officers for 2011-2012
The Marietta College Student Alumni Association wrapped up a very successful year the week before finals by honoring graduating seniors and electing officers for the upcoming 2011-2012 academic year.

While one event remains, the annual Senior Reception set for Thursday, May 5th, the organization has successfully concluded its fifth year of operation by delivering enthusiastic participation in such activities as Homecoming, S.A.A. Week, Networking Jamboree and CashCourse Scavenger Hunt.
The S.A.A., founded in 2006 to enhance awareness among Marietta College students of their opportunities to remain connected to their alma mater after graduation, is always looking for outstanding Pioneers to become members.
