Fall 2024 Semester

To find your final exam time(s) on the schedule, first, locate the standard meeting time for your course. The date is displayed at the top of the column and the time for the final exam appears in the far left of the row.

For example:

Sam has Writing 102 on T/Th from 11:00-12:15. Therefore, Sam’s WRIT 102 final is on Thursday, December 12, from 8:30-11:00
Jamie has Leadership 101 on MWF from 12:00-12:50. Therefore, Jamie’s final for LEAD 101 is on Monday, December 9, from 8:30-11:00

If your course time does not appear in any of the time slots (e.g., MWF 3:00-3:50 or MW 4:00-5:15) and is not COMM 203, your final will be in the “ALL OTHER TIMES” slot on Friday, December 13 from 12:00-2:30 p.m.

Any student having three examinations on one day may reschedule one of the examinations. All changes
must be authorized by the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA). The OAA will only authorize a change for
extraordinary circumstances such as illness or family emergency. Please note the final examination
schedule before making any travel plans because no changes will be authorized on that basis.

No final exam changes will be made after the last day of classes (December 6, 2024).

No final examinations are to be given during the final week of classes. Examinations will be held in the
room in which classes meet regularly, and at the times scheduled above, unless instructors make other
arrangements with the Office of Academic Affairs.

Final grades are submitted in Self-Service and are due by 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at which time they will become accessible to students.

Spring 2025 Semester

To find your final exam time(s) on the schedule, first, locate the standard meeting time for your course. The date is displayed at the top of the column and the time for the final exam appears in the far left of the row.

For example:

Sam has Writing 102 on T/Th from 11:00-12:15. Therefore, Sam’s WRIT 102 final is on Tuesday, May 6, from 12:00-2:30 p.m.
Jamie has Leadership 101 on MWF from 12:00-12:50. Therefore, Jamie’s final for LEAD 101 is on Wednesday, May 7, from 8:30–11:00 a.m.
