The Student Accounts Office is a component of the Office of Accounting and Business Services at Marietta College. Our staff provides assistance regarding tuition, payment options, refunds, and student-related charges and fees.
Our website contains answers to frequently asked questions in addition to information regarding important policies, required forms, and tutorials. The website also provides easy access to eBill, Marietta College's electronic billing and payment system. Students and their authorized users can access eBill via the links/"buttons" located at the right of this page. Students may grant parents or others access to their account by setting them up as "authorized users".

Marietta College replaced paper bills with the electronic system, eBill, in July 2010. These changes were in response to an increasing demand for a safe and convenient way to pay online, as well as a desire to save paper and help the environment. Paper bills are no longer mailed; each month students and authorized users are notified via email that a new eBill has been uploaded and is available for viewing. The eBills are available by the 10th of each month. Current account activity can be viewed any time, which reflects any changes that occur on the account between monthly eBill uploads. It is the student's responsibility to monitor their account for updates and changes that may occur from changes in course load, residence, meal plan, financial aid, or late fees.
Online payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or electronic check. Payments and adjustments will be reflected in real-time on your Recent Account Activity. If a student or authorized user does not wish to make online payments, a copy of the eBill can be printed and mailed with a check to:

Student Account fees are billed to student accounts one term at a time. It is the responsibility of the students to plan and arrange their finances for each term. It is important to submit your payment to fully cover the fees posted to your account by the specified due date. Please check your student account frequently throughout the term, so you are aware of any changes that may create a change in your account balance. We encourage you to take advantage of our online services and enjoy the convenience of paying online, anytime, anywhere.
