Community Day Sponsorships

Marietta College Community Day | April 10 and April 17, 2027

For more than 25 years, Marietta College Community Day has brought local families, College employees, students, alumni and friends together to enjoy Pioneer athletics and celebrate the special relationship between Marietta College and the surrounding community.

The 2027 celebration will feature two Community Day games:

  • Softball Community Day Saturday, April 10, 2027, Marietta College vs. Wilmington College
  • Baseball Community Day Saturday, April 17, 2027, Marietta College vs. Baldwin Wallace University Held in conjunction with Marietta College’s Spring Open House

Community Day traditionally features complimentary event T-shirts, family-friendly activities, food and opportunities to connect with Pioneer student-athletes and coaches. Combined attendance at the two games is expected to exceed 2,000 community members and Marietta College supporters.

Your sponsorship supports:

  • A welcoming, family-friendly experience for members of the Marietta community
  • Opportunities for local families to connect with Marietta College and Pioneer Athletics
  • Meaningful experiences for Marietta College student-athletes
  • The College’s continued engagement with the surrounding local community

Please note: Sponsorship commitments and logos must be received by [DEADLINE] to ensure inclusion on event T-shirts and other printed materials.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Home Run Sponsorship — $1,000
  • Prominent logo acknowledgment on the official Community Day T-shirt
  • Two verbal sponsor acknowledgment announcements during each Community Day game
  • Opportunity to host a complimentary community engagement space at each game
  • Sponsor acknowledgment on event signage
  • Opportunity to participate in one College-approved, family-friendly in-game activity
Triple Sponsorship — $750
  • Logo acknowledgment on the official Community Day T-shirt
  • Two verbal sponsor acknowledgment announcements during each Community Day game
  • Opportunity to host a complimentary community engagement space at each game
  • Sponsor acknowledgment on event signage
  • Opportunity to participate in one College-approved, family-friendly in-game activity, subject to availability and event approval
Double Sponsorship — $500
  • Organization-name acknowledgment on the official Community Day T-shirt
  • Two verbal sponsor acknowledgment announcements during each Community Day game
  • Opportunity to host a complimentary community engagement space at each game
  • Sponsor acknowledgment on event signage
Single Sponsorship — $250
