Marietta College alumna Molly Mays ’16, who works at Acadia National Park in Maine, will be on campus to speak with students who would like to learn more about being a national park ranger.
Marietta College will conduct its 40th Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Saturday, February 11th, in the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center. The ceremony begins with a reception at 6:00 p.m. and the banquet begins at 6:30 p.m. The eight-member class will be inducted as part of the annual Winter Weekend festivities.
Marietta College's Office of Alumni Services is hosting the annual Strawberries & Créme for the Class of 2024 and their families from 10:00-11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4th, on Fenton Court. To honor our graduates' transition from student to alumnus/ae, this event allows the College to welcome the graduates to The Long Blue Line.
Marietta College's Entrepreneurship Program is pleased to host the inaugural BIG Workshop on Wednesday, November 2nd. The BIG Workshop, which replaces the Mid-Ohio Valley Entrepreneurship Expo (MOVEE), is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and sessions will be held across campus.
The Marietta College baseball team will host the University of Charleston in a fall scrimmage at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 16th, at Don Schaly Stadium. Admission is free. The Pioneers are coming off a 44-7 season in which they reached the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.
The Marietta College men's basketball team will be conducting its annual Blue/White Scrimmage at 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 14th, in Ban Johnson Arena. This is a great chance to get a first look at the 2022-23 squad and it is free and open to the public.
