March First Friday will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Downtown First Friday events take place the first Friday of every month. February through December.

Marietta College is hosting the Southeastern Ohio Regional Science Olympiad on Saturday, March 7, 2026.  This is an academic competition for middle and high school students. Twelve middle school and ten high school teams will compete in 46 events around campus.

Marietta College's Softball Team plays the Yellow Jackets of the University of Wisconsin - Superior at the Space Coast Spring Games in Melbourne, FL on Saturday, March 7, 2026. First pitch is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Blue Rawlings field.

Marietta College's Baseball Team travels to play the Vikings of Berry College, Mount Berry, GA on Saturday, March 7, 2026. First pitch is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on William R. Bowdoin Field.
