Marietta College's Baseball Team host the Student Princes of Heidelberg University for a doubleheader on Friday, April 3, 2026. First pitch for game 1 is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Don and Sue Schaly Field at Pioneer Park.

Marietta College's Men's Golf Team travels to play in the Jimmy Hanlin Collegiate Invitational which is hosted by Ohio Northern University. The 2-day event runs from Friday, April 3 to Saturday, April 4, 2026. The match start time is TBA at the Hidden Creek Golf Course in Lima, OH.

Marietta Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field travel to compete in the Cherry Blossom Invitational in Athens, OH on Friday, April 3, 2026. This event start time is TBA and will be held at the Goldsberry Track.

April First Friday will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Downtown First Friday events take place the first Friday of every month. February through December.

On Friday, April 3, 2026, The Original Pizza Place hosts Pizza and Pios as part of their sponsorship. Student-athletes from baseball and softball will be on-site to sign autographs and interact with community members. This is also First Friday for downtown Marietta.
