Don Conkle
Biography

Don P. Conkle is a seasoned executive with global exposure and decades of leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, he has held numerous roles across engineering, operations, marketing, sales, technology, HR, and senior management, shaped by international postings and engagements in nearly 70 countries.

He most recently served as President & CEO of CARBO, and previously held senior leadership positions at Schlumberger (SLB), including Vice President of Marketing & Technology Production Group, Global Vice President of Hydraulic Fracturing/Stimulation, and Vice President of Operations in the geographic regions of Qatar, Yemen, and Central, Southern & Eastern U.S.

Currently, Don applies his experiences as Director & Co-Founder of Morpheus LLC, a platform where he mentors entrepreneurs and advises early-stage companies in scaling their innovations globally—supporting ventures such as Endurance Energy Group, ACCUSCRIBE, DrillDocs, and Atombeam. He is also President & Founder of Cornerstone Creek companies, where he supports landowners with oil & gas leasing, mineral rights acquisition and general consulting in the Ohio Utica area.

With his passion for technology advancement, strategic thinking, and deep-rooted ability to utilize strong networks, at this stage in his career, Don finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others succeed. He earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in 1986.

Don and his wife Darla split their time between Katy, Texas and Cambridge, Ohio. They have one adult son, Cole.
