After finishing his fellowship, Dr. Grosel moved to Marietta to join Marietta Imaging, Inc as a radiologist and work at Marietta Memorial Hospital. In 2011, Marietta Imaging joined with Riverside Radiology and Interventional, Inc., for which he continues to work interpreting exams for more than 25 hospitals and imaging centers in Ohio while doing procedures at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Prior to joining the faculty, Dr Grosel was a preceptor and guest lecturer for the PA program. In 2011, he was awarded the Edward G. Harness Outstanding Educator Award by Marietta College.
