Biography

Lola Duff will be coaching the Pioneer defense for the women's lacrosse program.

Duff comes to Marietta after spending last year as the assistant coach at Washington and Jefferson College. She spent the year developing the skills of the goalkeepers and defenders and helping the team to a 10-5 record.
 
Prior to her time at W&J, Duff worked at Centre College (Ky.) in the Sports Performance Department as an assistant coach, coaching strength and conditioning for over 600 student athletes. Duff also worked as the assistant varsity girl’s lacrosse coach at her alma mater, Ensworth High School in Nashville, Tennessee, helping lead the team to an appearance in the 2023 state championship game.
 
Collegiately, Duff was the goalkeeper for the Centre College women’s lacrosse team from 2019 to 2022 where she holds the school records for most saves in a single game and most saves in a single season. She earned All-Southern Athletic Association Honorable Mention status twice in her career.
 
Duff is a 2022 graduate of Centre College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
