Biography

Dr. Sarker has taught courses in Petrophysics, Phase Behavior, Well Testing, Enhanced Recovery, Reservoir Engineering, and Strength of Materials. Before coming to Marietta College, he worked as a researcher at Texas Tech University and the Department of Energy's NETL facility at Morgantown, West Virginia. He taught in the Petroleum Engineering department at several universities both at home and abroad. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
