Richard Burgstresser ’76 serves as principal of Tall Pines Group LLC, a New Jersey-based property management, commercial, and luxury real estate enterprise. He previously served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Management, Planning & Operations for Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America. Burgstresser’s professional background spans more than 30 years of leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies in sales, marketing, operations, and strategic planning, followed by more than a decade of consulting work in supply chain optimization and business transformation.
A graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, he was a four-year varsity member and coxswain of the Marietta College men’s rowing team and has maintained close ties within the rowing alumni community.
Burgstresser further advanced his executive leadership background through management programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School. In addition, he has served as a guest lecturer and mentor for MBA programs at Rutgers Business School and the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Burgstresser resides in Central New Jersey and is the proud father of three daughters.
