The Marietta College Art Department is pleased to present “Utility and Beauty – Selections from the Dr. Richard Krause Collection” on display in Gallery 310 from September 14th through November 5th.

“Utility and Beauty” showcases the stunning design and function of utilitarian pieces in the collection. The Asian Art Collection at Marietta College was developed largely through the generous gifts of late Dr. Richard M. Krause ’47, who was a strong proponent of the liberal arts education.

Gallery 310, located on the third floor of the Hermann Fine Arts Center at Marietta College, is open from Noon-4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, or by appointment at gallery310@marietta.edu.

Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, campus visitors are very limited and not allowed in Gallery 310. Masks are required, only six people are permitted in the gallery at one time, and please follow egress signage.

Gallery 310 observes all Marietta College holidays and breaks.
