In support of the mission of Marietta College, Marietta College Staff Council promotes the excellence of staff by serving as an advisory group to Human Resources and campus leadership to suggest, comment, and provide feedback and recommendations for policies related to staff and their employment and retention. This group establishes committees to foster activities that promote improved communication and morale through information, education, recreation and service to the campus community.
