Marietta College’s student body is currently voting for the 2022 Homecoming queen and king and this year there are plenty of options with 18 candidates — 11 queen nominees and seven king nominees.
The Marietta College men's basketball team will be conducting its annual Blue/White Scrimmage at 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 14th, in Ban Johnson Arena. This is a great chance to get a first look at the 2022-23 squad and it is free and open to the public.
Join alumni and student leadership for a casual BBQ dinner from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 13th, at the Kremer Amphitheatre (rain location: Andrews Hall Great Room). There will be lawn games and opportunities to socialize with Pioneers from different generations of The Long Blue Line.
The Marietta College Theatre Department is showcasing its "New Plays in One Day," from 8:00-9:30 p.m., Saturday, October 15th, in the Hermann Fine Arts Center. Current students and alumni work together to write and produce a series of brand new, fully staged plays in only 24 hours.
Marietta College's 2022 Homecoming festivities begin on Thursday, October 13th, and registration is from 12:00-5:00 p.m. at the Hermann Fine Arts Center. The Career Center is also hosting a Very Important Pioneer (VIP) Lounge for members of the Presidents' Circle, Erwin Society, and Legacy Society at the Career Center in Upper Gilman.
Marietta College's 2022 Homecoming festivities continue on Friday, October 14th, with many activities. Alumni who are attending should register between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the Hermann Fine Arts Center. Everyone is encouraged to participate in Paint the Town Blue from 3:00-5:30 p.m. as the College partners with Marietta Main Street.
Marietta College's 2022 Homecoming festivities continue on Saturday, October 15th, with many activities, including the MCAA Awards Ceremony (9:00 a.m., Alma McDonough Auditorium), a football game tailgate, and of course the Pioneers taking on Wilmington at 1:30 p.m. in football (Don Drumm Stadium).
The final day of Marietta College's 2022 Homecoming festivities wrap up with a Farewell Breakfast starting at 8:00 a.m., Sunday, October 16th, in the Gilman Dining Hall. Marietta College would like to thank all the alumni and students who participated in this year's Homecoming.
