Marietta College's Communications Department will be hosting a monthly Alumni Speaker Series. September's guest speaker will be John Fortney, Director of Communications for the Ohio Senate Majority Caucus. John brings 25 years of broadcast news experience to the Ohio Senate Majority Caucus as the Director of Communications. His time as a news anchor and political reporter in Columbus prepared him well for his role as a communication strategist. Please join the Communications Department on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at noon in Mills Hall room 107. There will be lunch item available.
