The Pioneer Activities Council--known as PAC--is a student-run organization committed to serve as the primary programming unit of Marietta College students. The group plans, provides, and assists in the implementation of quality, diverse, social, educational, and innovative activities for the campus community. PAC creates opportunities for students to develop their leadership, teamwork, professional, and interpersonal skills through their involvement.

Executive Board

The Pioneer Activities Council (PAC) Executive Board includes advisors, president, vice president, director of finance, director of promotions & marketing, director of recruitment, director of education, diversity & unity (EDU), and the director of traditions. Each member of the PAC Executive Board also serves as a committee chairman, allowing leverage from their General Body.

 

General Body

PAC also consists of their General Body, who are members that can contribute to the Executive Board and the student population. These members meet twice a month to help plan and execute events on campus.

Membership

Membership is open to all full-time undergraduate students of Marietta College who maintain a 3.00 cumulative grade point average for Board of Director positions or maintain a 2.50 cumulative grade point average for the Programming Board. Eligible members must also be in good judicial standing throughout their term, as well as maintain their full-time status as determined by the college. Acceptance on the Programming Board may include CCP and graduate students attending Marietta College. It is up to the discretion of the Board of Directors to move forth with membership qualifications.
