About the ARC

Academic Resource  & Coaching (ARC) was founded in 1999 as the Academic Resource Center to provide resources and services to assist all Marietta College students in acquiring information and developing skills to achieve their academic potential. The ARC provides subject tutoring support, individual advising sessions, study tables for athletic and Greek organizations on campus, hosts workshops for students and faculty, and supports students with disabilities. In 2026, coaching and resources services moved into the Milone Center, helping to bring academic student-support services from across campus under one umbrella to serve you better. The Tutoring and Learning Center remains located in Bartlett 370, but is still part of the Milone Center as part of the ARC services.

Our main office is located on the first floor of Legacy Library. For individual academic assistance, study table information, accessibility services for students with documented disabilities, or general questions, please contact us at arc@marietta.edu.

The ARC Tutoring & Learning Center is located in Bartlett 370. For assistance or information about any of our tutoring services or for help with scheduling a tutoring appointment, please contact the ARC Tutoring & Learning Center at 740.376.4651 or tutoring@marietta.edu.
