Stress & Stars Night

Join the Dr. J. Michael Harding Center for Health & Wellness who is partnering with the Anderson Hancock Planetarium on Tuesday, November 18th at 5pm.
The hour long program will include a Star Talk with planetarium staff, relaxing during Sunset Meditations, and a reception with light refreshments and information on coping strategies.
This event is free and open to the campus community. Seating is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis so be sure to arrive early. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
