Attention all Marietta College students, faculty, and staff — get ready for an exhilarating theatre festival you won't want to miss!

For one incredible weekend, our talented student directors and actors are taking the stage to bring you an unforgettable lineup of short plays. This is your chance to see the creativity and hard work of your peers brought to life in this exciting festival format.

The festival will feature:

  • The Last Breadstick in the Entire Universe, written by Alexander Hehr and directed by Lily Sorensen ’26
  • Simon Says, by Erin Moughon and directed by Doug Bungard ’25
  • The Rising of the Moon, by Lady Gregory and directed by River Perry ’24
  • Trifles, by Susan Glaspell and directed by Sarah Hashman ’24
  • Another Broken Window, written and directed by Kylee Beth Strader ’25

Performances will be held on April 19, 20, and 21 at 8:00 p.m. in the Friedrich Theatre of the Hermann Fine Arts Center. And the best part? MC students, faculty, and staff can attend any of the shows for free just by showing their ID at the door.

You don't want to miss out on this incredible weekend of student-led theatre. Mark your calendars and get ready to be dazzled, entertained, and inspired by your peers. This is going to be an event you'll be talking about all semester!
