Biography

As the Technical Director, Nathan Bradley brings his knowledge of theatrical systems and concepts to Marietta College. His experience since graduating from Marietta College in May of 2013 includes Stage Management, Lighting Design, Sound Design, Scenic Design, and many other positions in various professional and educational institutions.

During his career, Nathan has stage managed professionally at such venues as The Paramount Arts Center of Ashland (Kentucky) and the historic Stuart's Opera House in Nelsonville, Ohio. He has designed several shows at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio, as well as various local theatres in the area, in the areas of lighting design, sound design, scenic design, and props design. He was also the Resident Technical Director for Arts Resources for the TriState in Huntington, West Virginia. Nathan has also spent time directing and acting in various theatres and related fields. Outside of educational institutions, Nathan has directed the production of E-learning videos and voice-over talent. Nathan also has extensive experience in stage combat that he has used in several roles in his acting career and now uses in co-teaching the Stage Combat class.
