Biography

After graduating from Marietta College in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Robert earned an MBA with a concentration in higher education finance and administration from the University of Kentucky College of Business and Economics (1983). While at Marietta, he was elected to Tau Pi Phi Business Honorary, Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Student Government, and Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity President.

Robert's career featured 30 years of senior-level college and university positions and 10 years leading a non-profit.  His higher education professional responsibilities and experience included finance and accounting, audit, investments and endowment, human resources/payroll and pension, physical plant, student auxiliary services, IT, as well as police/environmental health and safety.

His volunteer and Board leadership activities have included Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, soccer coach, community soup kitchen, town commissioner, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, United Way, and a non-profit senior housing corporation.

Robert and his wife, Lynne ’73, live in Broomfield, Colorado. They have two adult sons.
