Valerie Smith oversees the food service operations at Izzy's, Chlapaty Café, Upper Gilman, Pioneer PitStop and The Gathering Place. She most recently worked for Parkhurst Dining at Marietta College as a Supervisor at Chlapaty Cafe. Valerie is an avid reader and mother of two.
