The Beta Xi chapter was chartered at Marietta College in 1945. Our house is located at 322 Fifth Street, which is just a short walk to campus. The women in our fraternity constantly strive to be the best version of themselves in all aspects of life. They go above and beyond academically, which is proven through the chapter’s consistently outstanding GPA. Not only do these women strive to do well in class, but also they are all very involved in various organizations on and off campus, such as sports and volunteer work. Our chapter organizes many fun philanthropic events throughout the year to fundraise for Autism Speaks. We have a passion for service and helping every woman realize her potential. Every day, we strive to live out our values of courage, graciousness, and peace.

Greek Life at Marietta College immediately impacted my experience in such a positive way. The sisterhood feeling is incomparable to any other organization I am apart of. Going to school six hours from home has been the biggest challenge in my life knowing that I’m unable to share memories and experiences with my sister. However, Greek Life allowed me to find lifelong friends that I can honestly consider my family.

Being a member of Alpha Xi Delta in Greek Life has changed me in ways I could never have imagined. I’ve become more involved, accountable, and passionate since joining a sorority on campus. I have grown tremendously, learned so much about myself, and my sisters!
