The Director of Institutional Research and senior administrators are regularly informed by surveying various constituencies within the College community. We conduct these surveys independently, as well as in conjunction with outside consortiums.

Surveys of undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni are conducted on a regular schedule.

 

CIRP

The Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP) is a national longitudinal study of the American higher education system. The CIRP survey is administered to first-year students.

Mapworks

Mapworks is a student retention and success system that provides assessment and benchmarking tools for college and university constituencies.


NCAA Graduation Rates

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) requires that all member institutions report enrollment and graduation rates for their student-body and their student-athletes.

NSSE

The National Survey of Student Engagement measures student participation in programs and activities that colleges and universities provide for their learning and personal development. It is administered to freshmen and seniors every third year in the Spring semester.

Proficiency Profile

The ETS® Proficiency Profile provides a benchmark measure of student performance in the areas of critical thinking, reading, writing, and mathematics. It is administered to freshmen and seniors every third year.
