Biography

Dr. Peter Appleton has taught marketing, business management, agribusiness, economics, international business at 15 colleges/universities worldwide — U.S. (six), Canada (four), Africa (three) and Latin America (two). He has worked in over 80 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas for many international organizations and governments including USAID, United Nations, World Bank where he managed projects of up to 200 employees with budgets over $50 million.

He teaches and works in Spanish and French as well as his native English.

Dr. Appleton has owned and operated businesses in agriculture, hospitality, food processing , agtech, and environmental tech on three continents.
