Join the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for a lively celebration of Hispanic cuisine and culture. Enjoy traditional dishes like estofado de pollo (chicken stew), Spanish couscous, and paella. Savor stewed tomatoes, seasoned corn on the cob, and made-to-order burritos. Let the spices and flavors transport you as we honor the rich traditions of Hispanic communities.
