- Establishing the Milone Center for Academic and Career Success to bring together student services and programming in one collaborative space that makes support easy to find and access.
- Centralizing internships and professional development, along with associated incentive funding, to help students take full advantage of career-building opportunities.
- Introducing co-curricular transcripts that help students tell the full story of their college experience.
